Grapes were 100% whole cluster crushed, then the two vineyards were fermented separately. Grist was fermented in 50% new French oak for 1 month, and 50% stainless steel. 100% of the MacLeod grapes were fermented in neutral oak barrels.
The wines were aged for 6 months in 66% neutral oak and 34% stainless steel.
