Beautiful aromatics jump out of the glass, leading with ripe black fruit and dried herbs. Black plum, black cherry, and bay leaves lead with cured meat and roasted fennel in the background. Juicy on the palate balanced by clove, nutmeg, and moderate tannins. Pair with dijon crusted lamb, steak au poivre, or swiss mushroom burger.
